Terms and conditions of use

Terms and conditions of use govern access to and use of the digital products offered by LP TechLabs (hereinafter “the Seller”), including PrestaShop modules (hereinafter “the Products”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading or using the Products, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Products.

2. Vendor Information

The LP TechLabs e-commerce site is operated by Laurent PASCAL, auto-entrepreneur registered under SIREN number 831 602 883 with the R.C.S SALON-DE-PROVENCE. You can contact us via the contact form.

3. Products offered

The Seller offers for sale digital products, in particular PrestaShop modules, for use on PrestaShop e-commerce sites. These Products are available for download after purchase.

4. License to use the Products

The purchase of our Products grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products on your own sites or projects.

Restrictions on use:

You are authorized to use the Products only in the context of your personal or professional activity.

It is forbidden to sell, distribute or resell the Products to third parties.

You may customize the Products for your own use, but you may not distribute or resell modified versions.

5. Prices and Invoicing

Product prices are quoted in euros (€) and US dollars (USD), and may be adjusted at any time without notice.

Prices do not include VAT, as the Seller is exempt from VAT (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

VAT not applicable: Due to the Seller's status as an auto-entrepreneur, VAT is not charged. This applies to all sales made on this site.

For customers residing outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable.

For customers residing in the European Union, if you are a professional and provide a valid intra-Community VAT number, you may be exempt from VAT depending on the applicable local rules. In this case, VAT will be exempt.

6. International sales

Sales within the European Union: If you are a professional residing in the European Union and you provide a valid intra-Community VAT number, you are exempt from VAT in accordance with the applicable European rules.

Sales outside the European Union: Digital products sold to customers outside the EU are generally exempt from VAT. However, local taxes may apply depending on the tax regulations of the buyer's country of residence. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Download and Delivery of Products

Digital Products will be available for download once payment has been confirmed. No physical product will be sent. The Seller does not guarantee the continued availability of the download, but will make every effort to ensure reliable access to the Products.

8. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Products are the exclusive property of the Seller or its partners. The Products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The purchase of the Products does not confer any ownership rights, but only a limited and non-exclusive license of use.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Products, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits or time. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the compatibility of the Products with his or her environment prior to purchase.

10. Technical support

The Seller offers limited technical support, mainly for the installation of Products or the resolution of major problems. Support is provided by email to the contact form. Technical support does not include customized assistance requests or the development of specific functionalities.

11. Confidentiality and protection of personal data

The Seller respects the protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union. We only collect the data necessary to manage your order and improve our services. You can consult our privacy policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those located in the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office, unless the sale involves a consumer, in which case the consumer may benefit from the protection provided by the laws of their country of residence, in accordance with applicable international jurisdiction rules.

13. Modifications to the General Terms of Use

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

14. Termination

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Products without notice and without refund in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
